Under the hood
How it is built
A Flutter client against a Python service layer, with mapping and messaging handled by managed services so the team could spend its time on the marketplace logic instead of infrastructure.
- A single Flutter codebase across the rider, merchant and driver apps.
- A Django REST API behind Gunicorn and Nginx, with PostgreSQL as the system of record.
- Google Maps for geocoding, routing and the live trip view.
- Firebase for push notifications and device messaging across all three apps.
